how can i lift a 40′ cintainer of 25T with twin gemini crans of swl 14T each?
spreader is provided with for the job, do we need a swivel block to turn the container into the ford n aft loading position? when the twin cranes work together, do we need only one crane operator? what is the swl of the wire sling for this job? can we lift the container without twining the cranes? ( that is with one crane alone )
The swl of the crane is 14T so you need 2 crane (combines lift 2 x14T =28T,
The 40′ container 1s 25T.
You need 2 crane operators to work in tandem to safety execute the operation.
Your crane operators are competent to carry out the job and you do not mess up with them cause you do not have adequate knowledge on lifting
