my show halter got left out in the rain?

my show leather show halter for my cattle got left out in the rain over night it doesnt look damaged or anything but i was wondering if i should oil it or put use some saddle soap or conditioner on it?

clean it, conditioner it, then oil it. that happened to my horse bridle once, and it was left in the mud too, but i cleaned it, conditioned it, then oiled it, and it looks fantastic.
