Instructions on replacing oil sending unit?
I have a 1994 chevy Z71 with a sbc in it. I think its leaking out of the oil sending unit because its leaking ALOT, and i cant anywhere else it would be leaking from. Its leaking from above the oil filter so the oil sending unit is the only thing i could think of other than the valve cover gaskets, and they ain’t leaking. Can someone give me some instructions or a website on how the replace my oil sending unit? I’ll appreciate any advice, thanks.
Just remove the wire connector that’s pluged into the sending unit,then take a deep socket and slide it over the sending unit ,loosen it then remove it get a new sending unit and screw it back in ,then hook the wire connector back uo.
