Probably. Chromakey effects really depend upon the software’s ability to read the various levels of green. The key is that you want very FLAT light on the background, so the color is as much the same as possible. To the extent those hot lights will give you a nice, diffuse light (without really “hot” white circles) it may work. For $10 total (you can get these at Home Depot if you don’t want to pay shipping or wait for them) it’s probably worth a shot.
