Where can I find/ download the owners manual to a 93 ford ranger?

Before I bought my 93 ford ranger some idiot tried to install an alarm system in it. He screwed the horn up. Now the horn is not getting any power. The repair manual doesn’t show any electrical diagrams with the horn setup or a diagram of the fuse box. Does anybody know where I can find/download an owners manual?

some think its better that the alarm don’t wake the world but the battery will run down any way. autozone.com has diagrams locations or parts.i printed mine out then copied and adjusted size , cause its fine print as the manual.even with 2 pair of glasses ANd a magnifying glass i had a hard time.
