Trying to convince myself that im in good shape is really hard to do?
I had already posted a question that stated how much i hated my body because i was “17 years old, weighed 118lbs with super long legs that i HATE” and the person made the comment also stating that i was in “way good shape”. As much as this is probably true and all, im still reluctant to believe that. I still feel like an anorexic twig no matter how many people tell me im ok. What’s going on here?
