i need advice to start a new glow engine.?

the make is asp, my first time using a glow engine iv tried everything the instruction says but it still wont start.

wot kind of mix fuel should i use? or is the engine faulty

Gandalf The RC Sport is hard to get into unless you get help . I would strongly recommend finding a local RC Club . You will get all the free help you need there .. as for your question .
(1) you need the following to start the engine . Fresh fuel Airplanes 15% nitro. Autos and Boats 25% I would check the manufactures recommendation. But you are safe with this rule ..
(2) A good working Glow Plug Starter with a full charged battery.
(3) A good working Glow Plug . To test remove from engine .stick in glow plug starter . you should see a red glow in center of glow plug ..
(4) A electric prop spinner . this looks like a electric drill with a suction cup on the end ..
(5) Find the needle valve and close it then back it off 21/2 turns .
(6) make sure you are getting fuel to the carb. If you open the carb up place you finger over the carb. opening and turn the prop. You should see or smell fuel in the carb. CAUTION only do this with out the glow plug starter on the glow plug .. if all this is good . Place the glow plug starter on the glow plug and turn the engine over .. This works for car or boat .. A new engine should have a tank of fuel run thru it before use in the field .. If this fails .get help from Club members . They are nice people and its free ..
