i need help getting my diesel tractor started,?

it has a glow plug so i guess i can’t use ether, new battery and terminals, turns but won’t catch, no block heater but its inside. i just put winter diesel and gel inhibitor in.help!!

Have you checked if the glow plug is working I just put new ones in my ute and it fires up first time
